What is Incoloy 800 pipe ?

Incoloy 800 material is widely used for manufacturing pipes present in various high strength equipment. They can highly resist carburization and oxidation, which is why Incoloy 800 pipe can be used in petroleum processing plants, pulp & paper industries, etc. The seamless variants of the pipe are usually cold drawn and have high creep resistance properties. Due to the added nickel in the alloy, Incoloy 800 is highly ductile and chromium enhances the corrosion resistance properties. They also have high temperature resistance and hence, are ideal for different heat treating equipment.

The Nickelvac® 800 annealed pipe has high precision and can be used in steam generators, sheathing of electric heating elements, and so on. They can also protect other materials from being exposed to heat due to their high-temperature properties. The pipes are mostly solution annealed and have good rupture resistance.
